The delay between purchase date and receipt of your new exciting artwork, can range from 3-4 days for smaller pieces up to 6-7 days for larger artwork but does depend on the shipper (for example: DHL ships to the East Coast USA within 48-72 hours).
Limited edition prints take a bit longer (up to 2 weeks) given the print needs to be created by the professional printer, shipped to us for control check and sign/number the print, and then ship to you accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.
Times can vary depending on delivery address (France / Europe / North America / further aboard) and agreed method of shipping. We will typically receive an estimated delivery date especially at time shipped (especially with DHL) so we will be able to keep you informed by email (or WhatsApp) regarding the status.
Overall: Best to leave two weeks delivery time just in case there are delays and if you need to also schedule a framer.
Special note for deliveries over end of year holidays: I typically do not ship between the second week of December through to the second week of January to avoid deliveries “getting lost in the mail” given the holiday period.

Deliveries in France are free.
If in the region of ile-de-France, we can deliver in hand, you can come collect the artwork if you have sufficient space to transport the final artwork, or the artwork can be shipped (tracked and fully insured).
-
The artwork is fully insured and shipment is tracked. The cost of shipping and insurance is added to the total price for the artwork.
Since Covid, the pricing has been a bit variable and can run from euro 50 up to euro 300 for larger unframed oil paintings of 1.0 meter up to euro 300 given size and weight. An estimate will be provided on request at the outset.

Any customs or import taxes that may apply to be paid for the purchased artwork upon delivery is the Buyer’s responsibility.
The payment custom fees or import tax depends on the delivery location. Some countries have treaties in place for artwork so there is 0% tax associated with the artwork.
Based on prior art shipments to clients, there are no customs or import taxes for shipments within Europe and those to the United States.
Such charges along with timing are completely out of our control.
Again, responsibility rests with the buyer to pay any such fees so best if you inquire locally beforehand especially as rules change.

Special Note concerning commissions: Commissioned art can’t be returned or exchanged unless damaged. Because of the nature of these personalized items and given the process of sharing the artwork development as it evolves to finished version, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on commissioned art unless they arrive damaged or defective.
