A commission begins with what you want to capture … a feeling, a memory, a presence, or simply an image you cannot forget.
I transform that starting point into an original oil painting where light leads, energy breathes, and the work takes on a life beyond the reference itself.
The result is something personal, original and entirely yours, created bring its presence into the space where you live.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You may already know exactly what you want - or - we can develop the composition together (size, colors, atmosphere, and feeling).
The Process
1. Tell me your idea - Send me your photographs, thoughts or inspiration.
2. We shape the painting - Together we discuss composition, size, atmosphere and what matters most to you.
3. I paint - Your reference becomes the starting point rather than the destination — transformed to canvas through color and light.
4. Your painting becomes yours - An original oil painting created for you and the space it will inhabit.

Since returning to painting in 2017, commissions have been an important part of my work, each one rooted in a personal story, place or connection.

Most commissions are equine or landscape, although I am happy to consider other subjects or meaningful places that fit naturally within my work.

Commissions are currently fully booked until October 2026. The waitlist is open so best to reserve a place in advance. Enquiries are reviewed in the order received.

Small-format commissions begin at €400.
Larger commissioned paintings generally range from €1,000 to €5,000+, depending on size, format and complexity.
Each project is quoted individually.
A 15% collector loyalty benefit is offered on returning-client commissions.

A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the commission and reserves its place in my studio calendar. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
Given the unique work involved and a commitment of my time, I’m not able to offer refunds / returns. I appreciate your understanding.

I work from your personal photos or from licensed professional images. If a professional photograph is used, I will confirm permission with the photographer (they retain copyright even if the image was purchased).
Any licensing fee is added to the final cost.
✨ If you are in the Paris region, I may also be able to meet and photograph the subject myself.

Yes. Before painting begins, we agree the composition, format and overall direction. I
Images will be shared as the painting progresses at key stages.
A final image is sent before signing, varnishing and delivery.

I paint with professional-quality oil pigments on fine artist linen stretched over a wooden frame, selected for longevity and surface quality.

Framing is not included unless specifically agreed. Framing can be arranged at additional cost.

Paintings can be shipped internationally.
Shipping, applicable taxes and import duties are additional and depend on destination. Please contact me for a quote.

Because each commission is created specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable and commissioned paintings cannot normally be returned or exchanged.
