  • A commission is an original artwork created specifically for you—custom, one-of-a-kind, and made to your specifications.

  • Most commissions are equine or landscape. If you have another subject in mind (portraiture or a meaningful place), include it in your note and we can discuss feasibility.

  • Commissions are closed until July 2026. The waitlist is open now; requests are reviewed in the order received, with priority given to projects that align strongly with my body of work.

  • Pricing depends on size, subject complexity, and format. If helpful, include your preferred size range and budget range in the form so I can guide you to an appropriate scale.

    Pricing starts from EURO 400 (small canvas ~30cm /12 inches) and from EURO 5000 for larger canvases > 1 meter / 40 inches

    50% non-refundable deposit to start project with 100% final payment before delivery. Given the unique work involved and a commitment of my time, I am not able to offer refunds / returns. I appreciate your understanding.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place and begins the project. The remaining balance is due before shipment/delivery. Because commissions are bespoke, I do not offer returns or refunds. Thank you for understanding.

  • I work from your personal photos or from licensed professional images. If a professional photograph is used, I will confirm permission with the photographer (they retain copyright even if the image was purchased).

    Any licensing fee is added to the final cost.

    If you are in the Paris region, I could come to take photographs and meet the subject for the painting.

  • I paint with professional-grade oil pigments on extra-fine linen mounted on a wooden frame.

  • You’ll receive a concept sketch and/or adjusted reference image for approval before painting begins.

    Progress updates follow at key stages, with a final image sent for approval before signing, varnishing, and delivery.

  • Frames are not included unless specified. Framing can be arranged at additional cost.
