Cela fait un moment que j’ai fait un blog. Désolée ! Depuis un bon moment mois j’ai été vraiment occupée entre l’art et mes chevaux que je partagerai avec vous pendant les jours qui viennent. Entre temps je voulais vous faire parvenir ce message au cas où vous seriez dans la région de FONTAINBLEAU dans les prochains jours.
Je suis ravie de faire partie à la QUINZAINE DU CHEVAL organisés par la Médiathèque de Fontainebleau en partenariat avec l'association Fontainebleau Cheval en amont du Printemps des Sports Équestres et des grands concours hippiques internationales (CDI 5*dressage, CSI 5* saut d'obstacles et CCI 3-S complet) au Grand Parquet fin avril. Dans le cadre de la Quinzaine du Cheval mes chevaux sur toile partagent les murs à Médiathèque de Fontainebleau – Espace Culturel de la Charité Royale avec des toiles d’art équin créée par Laetitia PLINGUET.
J’ai hâte à vous revoir 😊. Je serai au Vernissage le samedi 13 avril (12h30-15h) et sur place pendant la semaine du 15 avril avec la peinture in vivo et j’anime quelques Ateliers Les P’tites Peintres pendant la semaine du 15 avril.
Un bel évènement à Fontainebleau ne pas à manquer jusqu’au 20 avril 2024 🐴

[🇺🇸] It has been a while since I blogged. Sorry for that! A lot has been going on with art and the horses which I plan to share with you in the upcoming days but wanted to get this note out to you in case you are in the FONTAINBLEAU region in the upcoming days.
I am thrilled to be part “15 Days Celebrating the Horse” organized by Médiathèque Fontainebleau in partnership with the association Fontainebleau Cheval ahead of Printemps des Sports Équestres of international horse shows (CDI 5*dressage, CSI 5* jumping, CCI 3-S cross country) at the Grand Parquet end of April. As part of the “15 Days Celebrating the Horse”, my equine art is on display along with fellow equine artist Laetitia PLINGUET.
Would love to catch up with you 😊. I will be at the Vernissage on Saturday 13 April (12:30-3pm), doing LIVE painting, and leading a couple of art workshops for the little painters during the week of 15 April.
A wonderful event not to miss in Fontainebleau until 20 April 2024 🐴

Le programme bellifontain favorise la découverte du cheval inclus ... des ateliers, un spectacle jeunesse, des lectures, une conférence ainsi qu'une exposition de peintures et une exposition d'objets militaire de l'École Militaire d'Équitation.
Portrait finished : Fontainebleau series
Oil painting portrait of Bowie de la Mure on the Petit Parquet (Fontainebleau 2018) is finished and will be on display at Jump Bost horse show (Barbizon) 16-17 March.
Thrilled to finish my next oil painting. It is to be part of my Fontainebleau series of oil paintings on location at the Grand Parquet. Fontainebleau, which hosts both national and international horse shows each year, is a beautiful setting to capture equine moments. This is a portrait of Bowie de la Mure ridden by my daughter on the Petit Parquet in 2018 based on a personal photo. I wanted to capture Bowie’s beautiful movement dancing across the Petit Parquet before the clear round performance. The painting also depicts Le Petit Parquet grass footing: a decision was taken in 2018 to convert Le Petit Parquet to sand footing for the 2019 show season. This is a snip-it of the original painting. A full view of the painting can be found on my website under "Gallery/ Fresh off the easel".
The painting will be on display at the Jump Bost horse show (Barbizon) 16-17 March.
“La Détente” painting is finished
“La Détente” portrait is finished. A large format 81 x 100cm oils on cotton canvas. Will be on display at the exposition at Galerie 39 in Barbizon from 30 Aug. Hope to see you there!
“La Détente” is a portrait of my daughter who was warming up on location in Fontainebleau in preparation of a horse show earlier this summer. I was sitting there watching and could not resist the idea of a painting. It was a warm sunny summer day under the cool trees at the Fontainebleau showgrounds. It is a large format 81x100 cm painting, oils on cotton canvas which was nice and bouncy…perfect for the capturing the movement and painting a dapple grey! It will be on display at the exposition at Galerie 39 located in Barbizon from 30 Aug – 5 Sept 2018.
