[🇫🇷] Il y a une semaine, Art Show Paris VII était à plein action à L’Espace Bastille Design (Paris 75011). C'était un endroit magnifique pour partager cet événement avec d'autres artistes merveilleux, M. Harry Bettancourt / Viktoria Solweg et l'équipe d'Art Show Paris, et des invités et public. Ce fut également avec un grand honneur de recevoir deux prix artistiques (prix du jury, médaille de bronze peinture technique et prix du public, médaille d'argent). J'ai été ravi de recevoir les deux prix et j'ai ensuite apprécié la gentillesse du public qui écoutait mon discours d'acceptation en français
[🇺🇸] A week ago today Art Show Paris VII was in full throttle at the Bastille Design Center (Paris 75011). It was a beautiful venue to share this event with other wonderful artists, Mr. Harry Bettancourt/Viktoria Solweg and the Art Show Paris team, guests, and the public. It was also with great honor to receive two art awards (Jury Award, bronze medal for painting technique and the Public Award, silver medal). I was thrilled to receive the two prizes and very appreciative of the kind audience listening to my acceptance speech in French

Given Covid-19, face masks are obligatory and we will be following French public event requirements effective at the time. Le 230eme Salon des Artistes Français dans le cadre d’Art Capital 2020 commence aujourd’hui avec le vernissage et il est ouvert au public du 12-16 février 2020. Profitez à venir de cette belle occasion sous la nef du Grand Palais des Champs-Elysées – Paris, la plus grande verrière d'Europe, avant de la fermeture en décembre 2020 jusqu’au mars 2023, pour une réouverture avant les JO 2024.

[The 230th Salon des Artistes Français as part of Art Capital 2020 starts from today with a vernissage and is open to the public from 12-16 February 2020. It is a wonderful opportunity to come to this exceptional event in the nave of the Grand Palais des Champs-Elysées – Paris, the biggest glass roof in Europe, before its closing for renovation from December 2020 to March 2023, re-opening for the Summer Olympics 2024.

It was a wonderful event with the animal art community, and I enjoyed meeting new artists and the visitors to the show, especially the little kiddies! It was a very busy “Avant Premier” and “Vernissage” followed by a weekend with no snow (yes), a day at the races on Saturday, and a beautiful Sunday with sun shining on the beautiful autumnal setting at Hippodrome d’Auteuil.

Final preparations underway for an exciting upcoming “Arts Equestre” exposition at Galerie 39 (39 Grande Rue, Barbizon,77630) in partnership with @cedricmion (professional photographer, specialising in equine photography) from 28 August – 10 Sept 2019.
Getting set for the “Arts Equestre” expositionat Galerie 39 in beautiful Barbizon, “villages des peintres” just 50km south of Paris: 39 Grande Rue, Barbizon,77630. The exposition will take place from 28 August – 10 Sept 2019 in partnership with @cedricmion. I am looking forward to this exciting event with new artwork on display and a new creation under development. I am really pleased to be sharing the venue with Cedric, a fabulous professional photographer who captures the gentle beauty and elegance of the horse and its relationship with people. Cedric graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Photographie in Paris and winner of the Council of Europe Prize in 2013, specialized in the portrait of horses.

All set up for the Exposition at the June 2019 MasterPro French Championship CSO at Le Grand Parquet Fountainebleau. Thank you for the setup @CedricMion (photographe équestre).
20-22 June MasterPro Concours de Saut d’Obstacles (French Championship) is this weekend at Le Grand Parquet, Fontainebleau. The weather is forecasted to be beautiful so perfect to come and watch the riders-horses compete in classes up to 1.50meter, walk across the beautiful grounds and shop all things equestrian!
One of my new original oil paintings in progress will be on exposition there with Cedric Mion (photographe équestre, Fontainebleau). If I am not at the exposition tent (under the trees by Carriere des Princes), you may see me at the warm up rings or ringside.
